We strive to achieve this by compiling a central archive of relevant genealogical and historical information from around the globe, and making this information freely available to all families and relatives. We also advise members of the guptaclan.com who are actively engaged in their own genealogical research. We have initiated this project that helps members to trace their roots even when conventional records no longer exist.

The secondary objective of the clan is the development of a cordial focal point to encourage social interaction between the members. This includes the registration of clan members; the organization of periodic clan gatherings at frequencies and venues decided by the members; the creation and maintenance of this clan website; and any other means of engendering a sense of belonging within the greater family.

This clan website charts the “Gupta Clan” origins and world-wide progress of the Gupta Clan. The website is continually being developed as more information is obtained, and will never be “finished”, so please return periodically to review our progress.
